No items will be sent physically; therefore there is no tracking.

All purchased items will be sent via E-Mail.
It is the customers' obligation to ensure the entered E-Mail address is correct and does receive our E-Mails. 

The customer also can download their items at all the times, via the customer portal dashboard.
