Terms of Usage

By purchasing or downloading the any of my Art Packs ("Asset Pack"), you ("User") agree to abide by the following terms. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in legal action. 1. License and Permitted Uses
The purchase of this Asset Pack grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license. This means that the User may use these assets solely for personal and/or professional projects related to their own content creation (e.g., stream schedules, channel artwork).The assets may be used across platforms where the User’s original content is showcased, including but not limited to streaming platforms, social media, and video content.2. Restrictions on Usage
⛔No Redistribution: The User is prohibited from sharing, distributing, sublicensing, or making the Asset Pack or any of its components accessible to others in any way. This includes sharing the assets with team members, collaborators, or clients.⛔No Resale: The assets or any part of the Asset Pack may not be resold, repurposed, or redistributed, whether in their original form or modified.⛔No Replication or Duplication: The User may not replicate, duplicate, or multiply the assets, or create derivative works intended for sale or distribution, whether in physical or digital format.⛔No AI Usage: Under no circumstances may the User input, upload, or feed any part of the Asset Pack into any artificial intelligence or machine learning system for training, testing, or any other purpose.⛔No Modification for Redistribution: Users are not allowed to modify the assets with the intent of redistributing, reselling, or rebranding them.3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
All assets in this pack remain the intellectual property of the creator. This license grants the User a right to use the assets but does not transfer ownership.⛔The User may not claim the assets as their own or remove any marks, watermarks, or notices identifying the creator.4. Prohibited Uses
⛔No Use in NFTs: The assets may not be used as part of any non-fungible token (NFT) projects or any blockchain-based activity.⛔No Commercial Merchandise: The User may not use these assets to create products for commercial sale, such as prints, apparel, or other merchandise.⛔No Offensive or Inappropriate Use: The assets must not be used in any context that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any illegal activities.5. Liability Limitation
The creator is not responsible for any damages, claims, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the Asset Pack. All assets are provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.6. Modifications to Terms
The creator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any updates to the Terms of Usage, and continued use of the Asset Pack after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.7. Termination of License
Any breach of these Terms of Usage will result in an immediate termination of the User’s license to use the Asset Pack. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the assets in their possession and cease all use.By purchasing and downloading the Asset Pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Usage.

Commercial Licence Information

Licences for my art assets, come with a few special rules, that you need to know and which you automatically agree on, if you purchase one of my art sets and/or a membership slot.⚠️ You obtain a Licence to use any of my art assets in a commercial way only through my membership programs.⚠️ Rule of thumb: The months you have paid your membership tier, count as you paying a license fee. The license fee is ingrained into your membership tier makes up 40% of the total cost.Each commercial project, needs between a set amount of successful billing cycles, so it gets greenlisted on my "list of creations made by my amazing supporters".Once paid, you have a lifelong license for the specific project you have reported back to me - so make sure you do this accordingly!


Remember: We are talking about commercial projects here. Your free video game that is part of your bachelor degree or something similar IS NOT THE FOCUS HERE.


🎮 - Video Game(1product) (f.e browser game/game on Steam, etc.): 6 billing cycles
🎲 - Physical Game (1 product) (f.e board games, etc.): 6 billing cycles
📖 - Print Medium (1 product) (f.e books): 6 billing cycles
👕 - Merchandise Products (5 designs) (f.e Notebooks, T-Shirts, etc.) : 12 billing cyclesIf you have multiple projects you want to license, please reach out to me first. I will do what I can to make a fair, ethical and rational packet price for your works.

What if I didn't use my Licence, while I had a membership slot?

If you do not "use" your license, for a project in this time, you can still do so later and report it back to me. You basically collect a "coupon" for the time you do not use the license and you can hand these to me, when you are ready to go live with your project.Example:
You paid in March to July of 2027, but you published your creation in December of 2027. This is still okay. Simply report back to me, as written below!It is URGENT that you report these things back to me, else I will eventually report your game/creation, because I am not aware that it was made by you and that you have paid your license.

Reporting back & being safe

Example: During the creation of your video game, you have purchased a membership slot, which you want to cancel during or even after publishing your game. Which is normal and an absolutely fair thing to do. No hard feelings here!✅License value and rule:
> You must hold your membership tier the amount of billing cycles listed above and they must be paid successfully.<
Go to your bank account, and export the payment bills for your subscription + a screenshot/export of the platform you purchased your subscription over.✅To avoid being reported:
-> Please send me a personal message with a link to your game, website, and social Media. I need to have this information, so I do not accidentally report your game. Here is a sample text you can use to fill out, and send it to me via "[email protected]" . Make sure you use a valid E-Mail provider, so you do not end up in my spam folder. (Which I check, but still.)--------------------------------------------------------------
"Dear Alkahria,I have finished my video game creation, which includes the following of your assets / asset packs:
>Here you list which one you used.<The link to my video game is the following: >link here<And the link to my social media / website is this one: >link here<I am >okay</>not okay< to be feature/have my project featured via your social media posts.Here are 3 payment reports of me paying the membership >4</>5<.

Aaaaaaand...that's it! :)You will get a signed letter by me, stating your user licence(s) and the project they are connected to - so please make sure to enter your correct mail adress.

What happens if I don't report back to you?

Simple. I cannot list your creation, may it be a game, a book, or whatnot, on my list of "green-light-products".If I can't do that, I will report your creation eventually - After I tried messaging you first, of course.If you have purchased the membership, and left before paying the required billing cycles, I will ask you politely to pay your due fees within 3 weeks of notice.If you fail to do so, and are not cooperative, I will press legal charges, for breaking my Terms of Usage, which you automatically agree on, when purchasing my assets/my memberships.

What happens if you ever stop selling licences & memberships?

If this ever happens, all users of Tier 4 and Tier 5 will get an email from me with a document. This document needs to be signed, and sent back to me. It will state that these people are allowed to use my works for a lifetime, in private and commercial projects.To avoid fraud, this document will also be signed by a German authority (notary) and a person from my close circle, who is not part of the public.After I sign it as well, it will go back to the person in question.TLDR: You will get a lifelong licence if you have been part of Tier 4 or Tier 5 memberships, for the due billing cycles; send by mail to sign, and send by post office in original.In case of me passing unexpectedly, my legaly chosen person of choice will handle these things in my regard.
