You Agree on

1. License and Permitted Uses

The purchase of this Asset Pack grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license. This means that the User may use these assets solely for personal and/or professional projects related to their own content creation (e.g., stream schedules, channel artwork). Exeptions apply to Vault membership customers of Tier 3, Tier 4 and Tier 5. Please read their extra rules carefully.

The assets may be used across platforms where the User’s original content is showcased, including but not limited to streaming platforms, social media, and video content.

2. Restrictions on Usage

⛔No Redistribution
The User is prohibited from sharing, distributing, sublicensing, or making the Asset Pack or any of its components accessible to others in any way. This includes sharing the assets with team members, collaborators, or clients.

⛔No Resale
The assets or any part of the Asset Pack may not be resold, repurposed, or redistributed, whether in their original form or modified.

⛔No Replication or Duplication
The User may not replicate, duplicate, or multiply the assets, or create derivative works intended for sale or distribution, whether in physical or digital format.

⛔No AI Usage
Under no circumstances may the User input, upload, or feed any part of the Asset Pack into any artificial intelligence or machine learning system for training, testing, or any other purpose.

⛔No Modification for Redistribution
Users are not allowed to modify the assets with the intent of redistributing, reselling, or rebranding them.

3. On Ownership and Intellectual Property

All assets in this pack remain the intellectual property of the creator (Alkahria | Diana Stöckert). This license grants the User a right to use the assets but does not transfer ownership.

⛔The user may not claim the assets as their own or remove any marks, watermarks, or notices identifying the creator.

4. Prohibited Use Cases

⛔No Use in NFTs
The assets may not be used as part of any non-fungible token (NFT) projects or any blockchain-based activity.

⛔No Commercial Usage without fitting membership licence:
The User may not use these assets to create products for commercial sale, such as prints, apparel, or other merchandise.

If you want to use my artworks in a commercial sense, you need to purchase a licence fee via my memberships (explanation a bit further down the page)!

⛔No Offensive or Inappropriate Use
The assets must not be used in any context that promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any illegal activities.

5. Liability Limitation

The creator (Alkahria | Diana Stöckert) is not responsible for any damages, claims, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the Asset Pack. All assets are provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Modifications to Terms

The creator reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any updates to the Terms of Usage, and continued use of the Asset Pack after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination of License

Any breach of these Terms of Usage will result in an immediate termination of the User’s license to use the Asset Pack. Upon termination, the User must delete all copies of the assets in their possession and cease all use.

By purchasing and downloading the Asset Pack, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms of Usage.

How Licensing works
here at the Art Vault

Licences for my art assets, come with a few special rules, that you need to know and which you automatically agree on, if you purchase one of my art sets and/or a membership slot.

⚠️ You obtain a Licence to use any of my art assets in a commercial way only through my membership programs.⚠️

CORE RULE 1

The months you have paid your membership tier, count as you paying a license fee. The license fee is ingrained into your membership tier makes up 40% of the total cost.

Each commercial project, needs between a set amount of successful billing cycles, so it gets greenlisted on my "list of creations made by my amazing supporters"

Once paid, you have a lifelong license for the specific project you have reported back to me - so make sure you do this accordingly!

CORE RULE 2

This bring us to the second rule, so let me explain it on a Use Case scenario.

During the creation of your video game, you have purchased a membership slot, which you want to cancel during or even after publishing your game. Which is normal and an absolutely fair thing to do. No hard feelings here!

In order to avoid me striking/reporting your creation, you have to check, if you have paid the set amount of successful payment cycles, for the Tier that is connected to the license you need.

What you now need to do, is send me an E-Mail, or use my contact form on this page or under >Contact Me< and tell me about the project you will release.

⬆️ This is the only way of confirming, that you have not stolen my assets and I will not tolerate any other cases. Your project, no matter how big or small, needs to be listed on my list of "green-lighted projects". Else I will not hesitate to report and strike your creations on the representative webplaces or contact the publishers.

And yes, there are plenty of services that make it possible in this timeline, to scan the web for particular images. These services, combined with my community, which knows my works, will eventually lead me to any creation posted.

This 3-5 buisness days, in case I am sick or something. If you have not gotten an answer, please send your Report again towards "alkahria@alkahrias-art-vault.com" so we can avoid plattform hick-ups this way.

Remember: We are talking about commercial projects here. Your free video game that is part of your bachelor degree or something similar IS NOT THE FOCUS HERE, as long as people do not pay for the game, or in-game transactions.

🖼️ Selling digital Artworks

This topic is harder to balance due to some artists pushing out way more artworks in a certain time frame then others, so I decided to balance this as follows:
You are allowed to sell commercial images (f.e Adoptable Pictures, or Commissions) for as long as you are subscribed to at least Tier 3 - Sentinel of the Artist.
You are not allowed to sell images, that can be bought by multiple people, after your membership ends. You have to take down these digital products when you end your membership. (f.e wallpaper downloads)

🎨 Selling printed Artworks

Same as the digital artworks, it is harder to predict how much someone can pump out. Some artists draw 10 artworks per month, some finish 1 in 2 months. Hm.
You are allowed to sell PRINTED commercial images (f.e prints at your next convention booth) for as long as you are subscribed to at least Tier 3 - Sentinel of the Artist.
You are not allowed to sell images, that can be bought by multiple people, after your membership ends. You have to take down these digital products when you end your membership. (f.e wallpaper downloads)

🎮 Video Games

1 product (main game + add ons included) + (promotional postings included, f.e your Instagram advertisement for the upcoming Kickstarter campaign)
f.e browser game/game on Steam, etc.
costs: 6 billing cycles of Tier 4 - Visionary of Creativity
That means, you pay 180€ license fees, while you enjoy your membership - the licence fee is included in your subscription, and the license lasts a lifetime for this product!

🎲 Physical Games

1 product (promotional postings included, f.e your Instagram advertisement for the upcoming Kickstarter campaign)
f.e board games, etc.
costs: 6 billing cycles of Tier 5 - Luminary of Hope
That means, you pay 420€ license fees, while you enjoy your membership - the licence fee is included in your subscription, and the license lasts a lifetime for this product!

📖 Print Mediums

1 product (promotional postings included, f.e your Instagram advertisement for the upcoming book)

costs: 6 billing cycles of Tier 5 - Luminary of Hope
That means, you pay 420€ license fees, while you enjoy your membership - the licence fee is included in your subscription, and the license lasts a lifetime for this product!

👕 Merchandise Products

5 designs (promotional postings included, f.e your Instagram advertisement for the upcoming Drop)
f.e Notebooks, T-Shirts, etc.
costs: 12 billing cycles of Tier 5 - Luminary of Hope
In case, you only want 1 design, please reach out to me via my contact form, I will make a "price" connected to the reach of your social accounts. [Aka, I want to help starting VTubers, fe.]
That means, you pay 840€ license fees, while you enjoy your membership; the license fee is included in your subscription, and the license lasts a lifetime for this product!

⚠️ ATTENTION! - Personalized solutions

If you have multiple projects you want to license, please reach out to me first. I will do what I can to make a fair, ethical and rational packet price for your works. I try to license my works in a way, that gives you a fair deal for your coins, which is why I will also highlight your project on my own social media and here on my website.

But what if you do not want to licence a product (yet)?

Well, I will track your billing cycles, and if you do not use them, they will be ready for you whenever the time comes. :) Aka, they do not have a time frame, in which you have to use them.

And what if Alkahria stops her service for any reason?
In case I have to stop my work, for maybe even leave Earth for some unpredictable and unlucky reason - one of 3 people from my inner circle will post an announcement, and those who have paid any Tier 3 to Tier 5 membership, will be able to use my works in any commercial way they want to.

This event will be reported with official government documents, so you can be sure - it will be more then "just" an Instagram story or perhaps someone from my inner circle posting about me exiting real life. *stares at people who got their social media accounts hacked, or got inpersonated*
